With the payment method bank transfer, the bank account details are immediately visible, the buyer can pay quickly. The goods will be delivered / the download link will be provided by mail as soon as the payment is received on our account.
Payment via direct debit
With direct debit, you can have the payment for a purchase debited directly from your bank account. By means of the issued direct debit authorization, the invoice amount will be collected from the bank account. It is important that there are sufficient funds in the bank account for the payment to be successful. If the account is not funded, a chargeback fee will be charged.
